She pours her passion for fitness and her naturally competitive spirit into everything she does for her clients.
Sydney is a transformation specialist who seeks to modify her clients’ mindsets as she modifies their bodies with her tailor-made fitness programs. She works with her clients to set their own fitness goals and helps them to meet and exceed those goals while making life changing habits. Working out with Sydney is fun, challenging, and powerful and will help you develop a passion for fitness as you reach your health and fitness goals. What motivates Sydney is seeing the confidence that blossoms and shines from her clients!
