Join Talya Jackson, fitness trainer and health coach, and Caila Cater-Edwards, health educator, for an interactive workshop about making healthy eating and physical activity choices on a budget. We want to give you tools and tips on how to choose better options for you and your family!
This workshop will include a food demonstration, group workout, tips and tools to help you eat healthier and be more active. Childcare will be provided, so kids are welcome.
