About this Event

Jenny's Studio Creations (JSC) is proud to present our TWO-DAY Artisan Market at the Armory that will be held at the Winston-Salem Army National Guard Armory.

Event Timing: Saturday: October 5-6, 2024
Event Address: 2000 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC, 27284
Our show will feature a diverse array of handmade goods and unique creations from vendors and food truck vendors. Set against the backdrop of camaraderie and support by a military family at a military location right in your back yard, this market embodies the spirit of creativity, resilience, and entrepreneurship.

The event will be held rain or shine since it is an indoor and outdoor event.

Event time: 9am-5pm Saturday October 5, 2024

& 9am-3pm Sunday October 6, 2024

Come join us at The Artisan Market at the Armory as a vendor. We are looking for enthusiastic vendors to showcase their products at this collaboration event with the Artisan Market at the Armory. If you are a small busines owner and have services or products to sell, we want to hear from you! Don't miss this opportunity to connect with the community and be a part of our market! THIS IS A JURIED EVENT:This means that not everyone who applies is chosen. We carefully consider each vendor on the quality of their merchandise, and the mix of their products. We require photos of products along with links to your website and social media pages, to help us make our decisions.

Acceptance:1.Application turned in for this event are NOT GUARANTEED acceptance. I reserve the right to make decisions on acceptance based on the need for certain genres of vendors.2. Spaces are filled based on a first come first serve basis of the applications approved by jury. Applications with incomplete information (Sales Tax ID#, photos, etc.) will be returned and accepted with a new postmark date.3. Applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance or denial for participation at this event via email4. Final information and instructions will be emailed to vendors as soon as they are created.

Booth Fee: Fee is $75 per space.Food truck space fee: Fee is $95 per space
Payments will be required within 10 days of when the invoice has been sent. There will be no refunds due to your cancellations, not showing up, or cancelling due to things that are out of my control (see below). You must give me notice of cancellation - regardless of the reason in order to keep your spot at future events. If you do not give me notice, and decide not to show up, you will not be able to vend with JSC and denial of participation at all future events will be strictly enforced. We are a rain or shine event. The 10 vendors who will be setting up outside are required to provide a tent that covers their entire space (or spaces). You are responsible for setting up your own tent(s) and anything contained within them. We DO NOT provide tents. There will be40 booths that will be set up inside the armory and 10 booths set up outside of the armory. A vendor layout will be emailed to those accepted for the event prior to the event. Events will be held at the date and time shown. if the event is cancelled due to THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL (weather, government shutdowns, worldwide viruses, state active duty, etc.) there will be NO REFUNDS. I will do my best to reschedule the event, but I cannot guarantee that. Vendors fees are non-transferable.

Exhibited Items:1. Only the applicant’s original handcrafted work approved from your application may be displayed and sold.2. Trademark/Copyright Infringement:Trademark or copyrighted designs and items may not be sold. If trademarked and/or licensed items (college logos, professional sports team logos, Disney, etc.) are found in your booth, you will be asked to remove those items – no exceptions! If the intent is to appear to be the trademark or copyrighted item, then you are in violation of the license. Vendors are responsible for any outcome that may be inquired due to selling copyrighted material. JSC disclaim any liability that may arise and will ask you to remove these items.

Booth Spaces:1. Spaces are 10’ x 10’ booth layout.The size of your table should not exceed the 10x10 booth layout. Please make sure to comply with this rule.-We can provide tables for an extra fee-Only straight-legged canopies are allowed for the 10 outside vendor spots so that your canopy will not interfere with the vendors beside you. Legs must be securely weighted to the ground. Merchandise must remain within your 10’ x 10’ space.2. There is no electricity for this event4. Vendors must staff their booths at all times during show hours. The person who applied for the space & created the items on display must staff their own booth and have coverage during breaks.5. Pets are not allowed at this event; however, registered ESA/Service dogs wearing certified vests are welcome.
6. There is NO booth sharing or swapping allowed, each person will need to have their own booth to sell their items.
