it's time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our ScuolaChef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You'll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home.
About this Dish:
We've crafted a bread that blends the finest Italian flour, 35+ year sourdough starter, and time-honored tradition. Enriched with extra virgin olive oil, Pane Eataly is crunchy on the outsde and tender on the inside.
In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Italian breadmaking
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the grop how to make Pane Eataly
- Mix your own Pane dough to bring home
- Shape a loaf from premade dough
- Sample the Pane Eataly prepared by our Scuola Chef
Please Note:
- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
- Seating is first-come, first-served
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid goverment-issued identification to prove they are 21 older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 12+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Ages15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accomodate them.
