A Galentine's-inspired Pilates and Italian-style brunch. Guided movement, shared tables, and new connections.
About this Event

This February, grab your favourite people and spend Sunday morning together at Eataly.
Eataly Flow is a Galentine's-inspired event designed to bring friends together through movement, conversation, and (always) good food. Start with a guided, all-levels Pilates flow to move, reset and feel good, then come together in La Piazza for an Italian-style brunch enjoyed at a long, communal table.
Between the flow and the food, this experience is about shared moments, laughing over brunch, meeting new people, and spending time together in a space that feels warm, social, and intentional. Whether you're coming with your best friends or joining solo, Eataly Flow creates space to connect, unwind, and enjoy Sunday at an easy, unhurried pace.
Move together, eat well, and celebrate the people who make Sundays better.
Equal parts feel-good and indulgent, this Galentine’s-inspired morning is about moving together, connecting, and enjoying the simple joy of being together around the table.

  • Italian-style brunch enjoyed at a long communal table in La Piazza (pick from some of our favourites like our decadent tiramisu pancakes, or uvas Benedict
