About this Event
You are invited to our group for a time of community with a discussion on how to handle food cravings, at home, in the grocery store or out to eat. Led by a registered dietitian nutritionist, we will be using the 4 foundations of nourishing food habits to stop trying to fight cravings but learn instead to build mindfulness skills for nourishing the body. Afterwards, we will have an optional walk just 2 blocks over to the farmer’s market at Esther Short Park for a short tour around the market.
