Late summer in Puglia moves slowly. Fresh cheeses are pulled daily, tomatoes ripen under intense southern sun, and long meals stretch late into the evening along the Adriatic coast. Olive groves, fishing towns, and simple handmade foods shape the rhythm of the table.
This class explores Puglia’s relaxed and abundant food culture through fresh cheeses, coastal wines, seasonal vegetables, and dishes rooted in southern Italian hospitality.
