In this workshop, children will learn why it`s important to eat fruits and vegetables of different colours. They will play fun food games and do hands-on cooking activities to understand that each food colour group has its own unique superpower! They will build food rainbows and become little chefs that make a yummy rainbow-inspired dish. Don’t be surprised if they come home asking you to make your plate more colourful :)
