About the Instructor - Linda J. Minges, MPH, RD, LDN:
Minges is the Family & Consumer Science Agent with NC Cooperative Extension - Gaston County Center. She is a registered dietitian and provides community programs related to local foods, chronic disease management, nutrition, food safety, and wellness. Minges has been serving the residents of Gaston County for more than 20 years and is passionate about working with older adults and local foods.
