Easy Mountain Hike, Nature Walk & Guided Meditation Tour

During this guided tour, customers will receive a transformative experience immersed in nature. The tour includes a calming guided meditation led by an experienced teacher, and a hike up a beautiful mountain surrounded by real sage plants to cleanse inner chaos. Lastly,, participants will embark on a quiet nature walk to release inner pain to Mother Nature, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Throughout the tour, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, vibrant wildlife, and the serene beauty of nature. Our knowledgeable guides will share fascinating insights about the plants, animals, and how the indigenous people lived in the sacred area. Guided Meditation: To start the tour, we’ll take a moment to pause and rejuvenate to the sounds of water in a stunning area. Here, you can participate in a guided meditation session led by experienced guide Sunni, who has a deep connection with meditation, nature, and serenity, participants will benefit from her eight years of meditation experience. This tranquil experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Mountain: Next we will head to the mountains. The hike takes approximately 45 minutes. This mountain climb is beginner-friendly, no additional equipment is needed. Although there are rocks at the top of the mountain, we will not be rock climbing so don’t worry. All ranges of fitness levels have climbed this mountain from 10-year-old children to 70-year-old women. We will take 3 mindful breaks for rest, breathing, and photo opportunities. The mountain views are breathtaking and you will surely feel the energy of nature.

Nature Walk: After the mountain hike, participants will go on a 1.2-mile nature walk back to the starting location, providing an opportunity for reflection and absorbing the natural energy. The walking path provides pure calmness, silence, and love. We will finalize the tour with light and flowy vibes as we let go of any heavy energies in our bodies.

Things to know: The early start time is to avoid sun exposure, the necessity of punctuality due to group departure times is crucial, and the opportunity for personal photographs at designated spots throughout the tour is also highlighted for the customers' convenience and enjoyment. If you are running more than 5 minutes late please communicate with the tour guide.

Meeting Instructions: We will meet near the visitor's center by the benches. I will have on a yellow jacket, top or shirt. Please feel free to use the contact information for any immediate inquiries.

What’s included: Each participant will receive a thoughtfully equipped light backpack filled with all the essentials for a successful day in nature. Inside, you'll find water bottles, sanitizer, a blank notepad journal, and a pen. The tour guide will have a first aid kit with her at all times.

What’s not included: Sunscreen, food, and gratuities.
