About this Event
Kids will have a blast learning some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai techniques with our enthusiastic, experienced instructors. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art, excellent for building coordination and body awareness. Muay Thai is a style of Kickboxing born in Thailand and is great for balance. In addition to physical skills, our program emphasizes the martial arts values of respect, self-discipline, and confidence. In addition to some martial arts skills they’ll build throughout the day, kids can expect tons of exciting games, including Nerf Wars and Dodgeball as well as some technique-based drills led by their coaches. We’ll be reinforcing social values and even learning a little Portuguese.
