Looking for inexpensive ideas to break up the long Easter holiday with the children? Or maybe you’re back because you enjoyed our Easter or Halloween trail last year. Whatever the reason, we’d love for you to join us. Our plan is to have the trail around Knightwood Leisure Centre and if it’s not too muddy, we’ll venture into the beautiful woods. We’ll also have some Easter craft activities inside the Community Centre.Booking is essential. Arrive at the Community Centre at any point during the session, just make sure that you leave enough time for the activities. You decide what order to do everything in; you may choose to enjoy a cup of tea and piece of cake from our Community Kettle before braving the trail or starting the Easter craft activity.
Wellies are recommended for the trail (depending on the weather. ) Puddle jumping is encouraged. On competition of the trail, all explorers will receive a small chocolate reward. We do ask that you bring a clean pair of shoes to wear in the Community Centre after finishing the trail.
Our lovely Community Kettle will be open serving hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. Both cash and card will be accepted.
If your child has any allergies that prevents them from eating a normal chocolate easter egg, please email Lucy on [email protected]. We’d hate for them to be disappointed at the end of the trail.
Booking closes on 31st March and payment must be made by this date. The cost per child is £4 (adults do not require a ticket).
