Sunday 5th April 2026 (WIPA) Wedge Island Protection Association will be hosting its annual Easter Fun Run at The Point, Wedge Island.
𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚: 11.00am
𝙁𝙪𝙣 𝙍𝙪𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚: 1.00pm
We will be holding 13 races for various age groups
- TINY TOTS* - 1 - 3 years
- PEEWEES - 4 - 7 years
- NIPPERS - 8 - 11 years
- JUNIORS - 12 - 16 years
- MIDDIES - 17 - 20 years
- SENIOR MIDDIES - 21 - 30 years
- SENIORS* - 31 - 40 years
- VETERANS* - 41 & Above
- Race line ups may vary on the day, depending on attendance numbers.
- Male/Female* combined races.
Participants will receive a ‘Participation Ribbon’ for a place and ‘Medals’ will be awarded to the lucky winners 🏅
We’ll also be providing ‘FREE’ Icy poles for the kids.
Don’t forget to bring along the essentials on the day, drinking water, sun screen, hat and most importantly a great community attitude.
