Begin with Chef Glenn’s housemade soups and a vibrant salad bar featuring traditional favorites alongside composed selections. From there, explore a menu of abundant offerings—peel & eat shrimp, hand-carved steamship round of beef and leg of lamb, chicken cordon bleu, mahi mahi with pineapple salsa, and sliced black oak ham, alongside hearty sides, seasonal vegetables, and a chef-manned omelet station.
Younger guests are well taken care of with a dedicated children’s table, while everyone can enjoy an array of breads, flavored butters, and desserts to finish.
