Celebrate Easter with a festive brunch by the harbor at Chart House Waikiki. Join us on Sunday, April 5, 2026 from 9:30am–2:00pm for our Shorebreak Easter Brunch Buffet, featuring a wide variety of island favorites, chef-attended stations, and decadent desserts the whole family will enjoy.
Start with our carving station featuring Herb Crusted Roasted Prime Rib and Whole Roasted Lechon, then visit the made-to-order station for Ube Mochi Waffles, Mochi Waffles, Omelettes, and Mini Pancakes prepared fresh for you. Enjoy a generous selection of hot buffet favorites including Garlic Fried Shrimp, Garlic Chicken, Steamed Fish of the Day, Baked Ham, Portuguese Sausage, Fried Rice, and more.
The chilled and raw bar offers Hawaiian Ahi Poke, California Ahi Poke, Shrimp Cocktail, Tako Limu Poke, fresh mixed fruits, garden salad with lilikoi dressing, and mac salad with crab. Save room for our sweet treats, including Ube Cheesecake, Haupia Pie, and Mini Crème Brûlée.
Enhance your brunch with festive cocktails (+$18) like our Dragonfruit Mojito, Lychee Martini, Espresso Martini, or Banana Bread Old Fashioned, or enjoy mimosas by the glass with tropical juice options. Beer, wine, mocktails, and specialty beverages are also available.
