🥗 Starter:
Spring pea and herb deviled eggs with goat cheese and sweet pickled radish featuring whipped yolks with lemon, chives, parsley, and mint topped with pea purée and quick pickled radish
🍽️ Main + Side:
Mustard herb glazed ham with roasted asparagus and lemon parsley baby potatoes with brown sugar Dijon glaze, thyme, rosemary, asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest and pecorino, and buttered new potatoes with parsley
🍓 Dessert:
Individual berry pavlovas with lemon curd and vanilla Chantilly with crisp chewy meringue nests, bright lemon curd, fresh berries, and mint
