Join us for a Magical EASTER Monday Trail through the Park meet lots of your favourite kingdom Characters on the Way! 🐣🐇
we also host our annual Kingdom in the park and Treat and Trail this time we bring you a Easter Trail!
This is a family fun event thats Hosted in the Beautiful Saltwell Park Gateshead! Suitable for all ages even adults! 🌳
Please come in your best attire & costumes if you wish to really get into the Spirit!
What Happens at the Event?

On arrival you will check in at at the the Band stand or Gate 1 this is the beginning of the trail
you will be given a Map & Magic Pass to see where the Characters are located!
Each ticket is timed so you will be staggered in groups to go through the trail giving you more
of a personalised feel.
You choose to start the trail at either one of these starting points
GATE 1 ( beside little Theatre ) - FINISH AT BAND STAND
Band Stand - FINISH THE TRAIL AT GATE 1
You will stumble upon the characters for photos and interaction they will also have some Easter Stickers to collect along the way! you'll show your magical pass given to you on arrival so characters interact and take photos with you!
This is a fully outdoors event so should weather be a little less desired please bring coats, brolly & wellies!
You'll head through the park ticking off the list of meet and greets and getting photos with the characters
Characters attending will be a mix of all time favourites superheros ,
princesses and more! see flier for more pictures!
Other characters will include favourites Mr & Mrs Mouse!
How long does the trail last??
This depends on how fast you complete it! As there is a cafe , play park , maze half way through you can stop and pick the trail back up at any point ! usually from start to finish 60 mins.

If the weather permits bring a Picnic to have on the grass after in the Park! Make a day of it!

eg 11.00 , 11:15 , 11:30

please note last admission is 2pm the trail closes at 4pm
All of the entry Slots to the trail have been staggered, this is to allow time to see each character along the route get photos etc and also for covid safety where possible.
Note if you are coming with a group of friends please all choose the same time slot for eg 12.15pm, if you want to come at 12.15pm you would need to all purchase tickets from this slot.
Note you do not all have to purchase together in the same basket, you can check out separately each do your own tickets, but if you want to do the trail all at same time you must choose same time slot otherwise you'll be on different timed routes.

Prices
General Admission is £10.00 plus booking fee - ( it is one overall ticket that is suitable for Adults or Children )
under 18 months - £4.50 plus booking fee We have One general ticket for babies no time slot is needed

DISCOUNTED FAMILY TICKET IS £30 PLUS BOOKINGS FEE THIS GIVES ENTRY TO ANY MIX OF 4 PEOPLE
CHILDREN, ADULTS or babies under 2 any 4 of these

Please note also a transaction fee is applied to cover the sale of tickets
The event is best for 18 months and upwards for maximum interaction
any child over 18 months is classed as a child and will need a child's ticket at the usual price
£10 or admission on a family ticket Baby tickets £4.50
Every person / baby, child adult attending must have a valid ticket we are restricted to the number of event goers
Please note all bookings will be subjected to a transaction fee from the ticket and card company this is one fee per booking we do not receive this.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note this event will only go ahead subject to health and safety approval at the time this has been passed but in the unlikely event this could not go ahead for any reason out of our control, we would reschedule tickets to another date in 2025 or same time of year in 2026
All ticket sales are final and cannot under any circumstance be changed for a different date or time, as a small business we do not have the man power to change times to suit schedules, this also makes the event hard to manage so please note if you purchase that time and date you must attend the chosen time.

Refunds are only given should the event be fully Cancelled not rescheduled. If you don't wish to attend the event for any reason, you can sell your tickets on and email us at [email protected] with the new lead name & email we will then change that over for you and resend the new customer the new tickets.
Parking
There is parking in the local Lowfell area (Lowrey's Lane Public Car Park) but we are advised to ask customers to take public transport if possible to avoid congestions, where this isn't possible and you will be bringing the car, there are car park's available in the surrounding areas.
