It’s that time of year again—longer days, fresh air, and the Easter holiday period! We are proud to announce that we are in partnership with Rotherham’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme (H.A.F.), and will be hosting FREE* HAF events over the Easter Holiday period for those with an eligible H.A.F. Code*.
Geeks Room Easter Experience Sessions will be hosted during this year's Easter Holiday Period, for children and young adults (ages 8 to 16) to come: play, learn and immerse themselves into the experience, with an added twist: Food!
Our Easter 2026, Geeks Experience H.A.F. Sessions, will be hosted during the first week of the Easter Holidays, from 10am- 2pm. Please see below the dates we are offering below:

- Wednesday 1st April 2026
- Thursday 2nd April 2026
What are “Geeks Experience H.A.F. Sessions”?
Using our core subjects, we have combined their best attributes to deliver fun filled sessions, suited to building confidence, increasing skills and socialising, as well as physical activities and immersive experiences. All in a relaxed; non-educational environment, while allowing the opportunity to connect to others within the community.
Hosting our Geeks Experience alongside H.A.F. (The Holiday Activities and Food Programme) we will be able to provide a healthy nutritious meal at each session**
In our Geeks Experience H.A.F. Sessions, we may cover a range of different subjects including:***
- Coding/Programming
- Design and Creativity
- Technical Maintenance and Diagnostics
- STEAM activities
As with our term-time sessions, every session will have the chance to game on our equipment, socialise as a community, play and learn together via GamEducation (Game Education).
Our cutting-edge technology allows students to experience a variety of unparalleled experiences, such as:

· Augmented Reality
· Social Gaming

How to book?
You have the opportunity to book sessions on a day-by-day basis to suit your holiday schedule, the sessions will be hosted from 10am- 2pm each day. ****

* For more information on the H.A.F. Programme, and wish to check the criteria/apply for a code https://www.rotherham.gov.uk/healthy-holidays-2
** Free food and drinks will be provided for students attending our sessions with a valid H.A.F. Code, please note any allergens or dietary requirements in the RSVP form.
*** Geeks Experience Session subjects are not set for specific days/sessions and we cannot guarantee your child/young person to experience a specific subject.
**** Please note only one session per day can be reserved, however if you wish for your child/children to attend several days, ensure to book/mark the days on the RSVP form.
***** Please note these are reservations, and do not guarantee a space on our Easter Sessions. There may be additional forms and information required.
