Usher in Easter weekend with rhythm and colour as Copacabana Brunch unfolds as a two-day celebration on 4 and 5 April 2026, complete with an Easter Egg Hunt for all guests. One of the restaurant’s signature experiences, the brunch features a two-course menu alongside a buffet of robata skewers, fresh sushi and more, paired with free-flow champagne and cocktail packages against the lively backdrop of live DJs and samba dancers.
Easter highlights include Smoked Pork Sausage Anticuchos, flame-grilled and boldly seasoned, alongside the vibrant Huancaina Salad with its creamy Peruvian spice. At the dessert table, playful seasonal sweets take centre stage with Carrot Cake Tops, Pistachio Raspberry Tart, and Coconut & Mango Eggs.
Behind the bar, festive cocktails such as The Bunny Hop (Toki Japanese whisky, carrot juice, lime and honey) and Golden Egg (Demonio De Los Andes Pisco, yuzu, calamansi and lemongrass) add a bright, citrusy lift to the celebration.
