Celebrate Easter Sunday with a relaxed and festive brunch overlooking the beautiful setting of Oasis Monte y Mar. Gather with friends and family for a morning filled with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a fun Easter egg hunt for the kids.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcome brunch board for the table, featuring fresh tropical fruit, mini pastries, and house accompaniments, served alongside coffee and tea while you settle in and enjoy the morning.
Guests will then choose from one of our plated brunch entrées:
• Caribbean Eggs Benedict – Poached eggs with roasted ham or pernil on a toasted English muffin, topped with hollandaise and served with roasted breakfast potatoes.
• Puerto Rican Brunch Bowl – Mofongo topped with soft scrambled eggs, garlic shrimp or roasted vegetables, pico de gallo, and lime crema.
• Spinach, Goat Cheese & Caramelized Onion Quiche – A buttery crust filled with savory spinach, sweet caramelized onions, and creamy goat cheese, served with a fresh spring salad.
• Tropical French Toast – Thick brioche French toast topped with mango, berries, coconut cream, and maple syrup.
After brunch, guests are invited to enjoy our dessert table, featuring a variety of sweet treats and seasonal favorites.
Children can also participate in a special Easter Egg Hunt in the pool, making this a fun and memorable experience for the whole family.
