Celebrate Easter Sunday with a grand brunch at the Moody Gardens Convention Center (new location for 2026). Guests will enjoy an expansive buffet featuring breakfast favorites, fresh seafood, carved specialties, chef attended stations, and decadent desserts.The brunch includes an assortment of freshly baked pastries and artisan breads, made to order omelets, waffles, seasonal fruits, soups, salads, chilled seafood, and antipasti selections. Entrée highlights include pan seared redfish, braised beef short ribs, crab cakes, spring pea risotto, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Guests can also enjoy a chef cooked to order pasta station, mesquite smoked prime rib, pineapple glazed ham, herb roasted leg of lamb, whole turkey, and additional carving selections. A curated display of holiday desserts completes the experience.
Brunch guests also receive complimentary valet parking in the Convention Center Garage and complimentary admission to the Hoppin’ Fun Easter Egg Hunt and Games and the Spring Market, both located within the Convention Center.
