- Breakfast Nook: Quiches, breakfast strata, eggs made to order, and French toast casserole

- Butcher’s Block: Roasted rack of lamb, spiral ham, and peppercorn prime rib
- Crepe Station: Made-to-order crepes with berries, chocolate chips, and mascarpone
- Chilaquiles Station: Made-to-order chilaquiles with toppings including chicken tinga, carne asada, and pickled jalapeños
