Delighted to be back in Beeston Parish Church for another sublime bank holiday afternoon of tango with guest teachers and DJs Valentina Ferrotti and Marcelino Fernandez. The church is a gorgeous place to dance especially in all its Easter floral finery.There will be a group lesson at 2pm and uninterrupted social dancing to traditional music from 3.30pm to 7pm. The group lesson is aimed at intermediate/advanced level dancers and is a drop-in class with no need to book.
There will also be a buffet which will be served from 3pm immediately after the group lesson. There will be music playing from 3pm for a 30-minute post lesson practica without cortinas but the milonga set with cortinas will start at 3.30pm until 7.30pm.
The food is usually very popular and on a first come first served basis; it has largely disappeared by 4pm.

Exact cash please or contactless on the door. You could get in free if you get to the church at 12.30pm to help me set up and help to clear plates during the event.
The church is 3 miles from J25 of the M1 and there is lots of free parking close by including municipal car parks which are free on bank holidays. It is also walking distance from the Beeston Railway Station which is on the main London mainline and also next to a tram stop which goes all the way to Nottingham Railway Station.
