Step into a space of calm and renewal with this New Moon Sound Bath. The pure, resonant frequencies of the crystal singing bowls flow through your body, easing tension, soothing the mind, and harmonising your energy.
The New Moon is a time of new beginnings, intention-setting, and inner reflection. As the moon’s energy invites you to plant seeds for the month ahead, the healing vibrations of the bowls support clarity, focus, and alignment with your truest intentions.
Simply lie back, breathe deeply, and allow the sound to guide you into a meditative state where transformation and renewal can unfold.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort - anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour but please don’t bring inflatable beds, treatment tables or reclining garden furniture - if these are required for medical reasons, please contact benjamin first.
Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
Important: Doors open at 7.20pm and close at 7.30pm with the start of our session so please be prompt.
