About this Event
We invite East Side Residents to attend our communtiy meeting to learn more about the work being done to remediate soil contamination and how you can access FREE and PRIVATE Soil Screening for your home! Refreshments will be served.
Open Buffalo, Greater Buffalo Urban Growers, and Community Science WNY will pick up your samples or have you drop them off at 1327 Jefferson Ave. Once collected, we will provide them to our soil sampler for screening at their labs. After screening is conducted, Open Buffalo will contact you with soil results.
We ask that renters receive written confirmation from the homeowner before sampling soil.
