Join local chef Mary Haglund as she returns to the SoHo Kitchen to share the rich, comforting flavors of her family’s favorite East Pakistani curry. In this class, you’ll learn how to craft this aromatic, spice-filled dish from scratch, along with warm, freshly made chapatis—an unleavened flatbread perfect for scooping up every bite. To complete the experience, Chef Mary will guide you by preparing dahl, a hearty, spiced lentil soup that pairs beautifully with the meal. Come ready to cook, learn, and enjoy a delicious taste of tradition!
