East Mersea Hall is a stunning Grade 11 listed building on the beautiful Mersea Island.
Enjoy your Wedding under our stunning Pavilion, or choose to hire our Marquee or Tipi in our secluded Secret Garden for Weddings that want a more festival feel. The possibilities are endless. .
The grounds are picturesque with a mature tree woodland, a stunning lake and landscaped gardens. We are also located 5 minutes from East Mersea Beach.
East Mersea Hall is licensed for Civil ceremonies in the Drawing Room, the Pavilion and our outside walled garden. We also have the beautiful Saint Edmunds Church situated on our grounds.
Couples may also like to marry in the Woodland Ceremony Retreat. This is located in our tranquil woodland area behind the lake. This is a non-legal ceremony, conducted by a Celebrant, in conjunction with a ceremony at a Registry Office.
We can accommodate up to 150 guests for your Wedding Breakfast in the Pavilion and 250 in our Marquee or Tipi.
