This session will explore how coaching techniques can be used to positively influence safety culture, strengthen leadership capability and improve workforce engagement. Rather than focusing solely on rules and compliance, coaching encourages meaningful conversations that inspire personal responsibility and behavioural change.
Michael will introduce practical coaching principles that can be applied immediately within your organisation, whether you’re a safety professional, manager or supervisor. You’ll gain insight into how effective questioning, active listening and supportive challenge can lead to safer behaviours and stronger team relationships.
