East End Wellness Gathering

Join L.O.C.A.L. Adventures at the VCU Health Hub for an evening of mindfulness, gentle movement, and a sound bath designed for educators, youth workers, and community caregivers.

This event celebrates the culmination of the East End Wellness Series, a L.O.C.A.L. Adventures program funded by a seed grant from VCU Health Hub. Over the past several months, L.O.C.A.L. Adventures facilitated 10 wellness events for over 65 educators across Richmond's East End, exploring how simple wellness practices can support those who care for others.
