East Coast Conference Annual Meeting
April 23-25, 2026
The Conference Annual Meeting is the highest legislative body of the East Coast Conference of The Evangelical Covenant Church, made up of representatives from Covenant churches, agencies and associations throughout our conference stretching from Maine to Virginia. Delegates gather together for worship and fellowship, to elect and pray for leaders, to review finances, to adopt a ministry plan & budget, and address the future direction and mission of the conference.
This year's Conference Annual Meeting, our 136th, will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at: Granite City Church (Quincy, MA).
***Delegates and guests are invited to join with East Coast Conference Pastors on Friday, APRIL 24, 2026 for dinner @ 5:30pm & joint worship @ 6:30 pm***
The East Coast Ministerial Association will meet on Thursday-Friday, April 23-24, 2026 at:Granite City Church (Quincy, MA).

What if I am a member of a church that has not yet joined the ECC?
If you are a representative from a church that has not yet joined the ECC (church plants, fellowship groups, etc) please register under “Guest” status your church will have an asterisk next to its name when you select it during online registration.
Can I attend if I am not a delegate?
Yes. You may attend the Annual Meeting without officially representing a local church or institution. Registered guests are provided with a guest booklet with select meeting resources at checkin, as well as designated seating; however, they are not allowed to voice their opinions, ask questions, or vote. Everyone is welcome to participate in the worship sessions.
Can I register at the door?
There will be no in person registration.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests will be accepted until April 17th . No refunds will be offered for cancellations after April 17th, except in case of emergancy. Cancellations must be submitted to Karita Reid in the East Coast Conference Office (call 860-635-2691 Ext 101) or email [email protected]).
Are delegate Substitutions available?
Substitutions will be accepted from the same church or institution provided the registration and fees are the same for the new registrant. Please contact Karita Reid in the East Coast Conference Office (call 860-635-2691 Ext 101 or email [email protected]) to make a substitution. On-site subsitutions for delegates will be processed, but no refunds will be made for missed program portions.
