The Munros of Stob a' Choire Mheadhoin and Stob Coire Easian, of which the ridge is known by are a fantastic day out, with superb views from the summits. The walk is out and back, initially following the edge of Loch Trieg before ascending onto the mountains. There is a small section of steeper ground and some light scrambling but nothing to get you onto Meall Cian Dearg on route to the first Munro. From there you are following the broad ridge enjoying the views back over into the Creag Meagaidh area. From the summits, particularly the later, you get superb views back over to the Grey Corries, as well as into the remote area around Corrour Station & Munro of Beinn na Lap.Fitness: This is a reasonably long day including out and back over 1 of the summits. Reasonable hill fitness is required.
