This workshop gives your toolkit a tonic. Through exciting on-your-feet exercises, games and discussions, you will re-examine and revitalise your story. Identify its archetypal spaces, peel back the layers to expose emotional connections, and create word pools to conjure your storyworld.
Bring your notebook, bring your story, and bring your enthusiasm – this is going to be inspiring!

Nell Phoenix runs regular storytelling workshops and courses in London. She has run training sessions for storytellers, teachers and librarians in India, Malaysia, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Peru and China. She was also part of the British Council's project Storytelling for Peace, teaching storytelling techniques to vulnerable young adults in rural and urban Colombia. Nell is a passionate promoter of storytelling as a vibrant contemporary performance art.
