Our knees are a big part of our daily activities and when they don’t feel good, life can get a lot more difficult. Hanna Somatics can offer a gentle solution to keep your knees, and the vast muscles, ligaments, and fascia that surround them, feeling good and moving with more freedom.Over this 3-week series we will look at the relationship between your feet, ankles, knees, and hips to increase your movement freedom and coordination in your lower extremities. You will also learn specific movements to release tension in the muscles that directly affect your knee joints in walking, standing, and many other activities. The movements are simple, accessible, and can be integrated into your personal practice so you can continue supporting your knees long after the series ends.
Drop-ins are welcome for students who cannot make the whole series. Classes are verbally guided and will be taught in reclined positions on the floor. Recorded replay with one week unlimited access will be sent to all students.
