In this session, Kellie will lead you through a grounding guided meditation, followed by breathwork that flows effortlessly into energy healing.
Kelvin Young, RSS, Recovery Coach, Recovery Support Specialist & Sound Healer, will guide you into a calm, centered, and deeply receptive state through the medicine of sound. Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, drum, chimes, and other sacred instruments, Kelvin weaves a soundscape that calms the nervous system, relaxes the body, softens emotional stress, encourages inner stillness and supports deeper connection to your Higher Self.
