This class will focus on relaxation and rejuvenation with the intent of reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. We will rest in poses for extended periods to promote flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, relieve tension, and calm the nervous system. Utilization of props such as blocks, stretch bands and blankets are encouraged for a more personalized experience. This class is beneficial for athletes, seniors, new yogis, and anyone needing to reset mentally and physically.
