Welcome to Ease & Exhale: Restorative Yoga!
Come join us for a rejuvenating session of restorative yoga at the HI Los Angeles Santa Monica Hostel. This event is designed to help you relax, unwind, and recharge your mind and body.
During this in-person event, you will experience a series of gentle yoga poses, deep breathing exercises, and guided meditation to release tension and stress from your body.
No prior yoga experience is necessary - this class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Along with any props that you may want to use for your practice. Such as blocks or bolsters.
PARK IN STRUCTURE 6 ACROSS THE STREET: FREE PARKING FOR THE 1ST 90 MINUTES
