Join us for transformative yoga practices and a celebration of life for EARTHSTRONG, an 8-part series led by Shelby Adina. The series begins on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and runs every other Wednesday through Wednesday, August 7, 2024 in the yard space at Ponce City Market, 675 Ponce De Leon Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30308, in front of Lululemon, as we embark on a remarkable journey to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and Mother Earth through movement and meditation.
Prepare to stretch your body and soothe your mind with yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and other connective experiences offered over the course of this series. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as you flow through a series of poses designed to connect you to nature and the changing energy of the season. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of nature in the heart of Atlanta and connect with like-minded individuals who share a deep passion for self-work.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to challenge growth within yourself and connect with our community. Bring your own mat and water. Please arrive 15 minutes early to find a desired spot on the green. Parking the basement level parking of PCM garage is recommended. Class is free for all to attend.
