The Gathering of women is connective, supportive, empowering and nourishing. In these sacred spaces we come together sometimes as strangers and become that of one! A force of strength, wisdom, love and compassion for one another.Each circle is different, with a New insight, tool, practice that we can share & learn, practice and be part of.
Your Host Jarna, is strongly passionate and honouring in the strength of sisterhood. Her knowledge, wisdom and passion for holding sacred circles and spaces and also bringing new techniques, tools and ideas to circles as she feels into the energy of the collective, guiding you this year, as we dive deeper into our depths, exploring new dimensions of ourselves and the group.
We come together each Fortnight, Thursday morning at 9:30, at the zen Deck in Alexandra Hills

Things we will be doing:
Each session is different, and can change with the energy of the group, but some topics and practices we will be diving into is Breath work, Shadow work, Ancestral lines, Mirror work, Aura Cleansing, EFT Tapping, Pendulum Practices, Spiritual Awareness, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Healing, Affirmations and more……
THIS SESSION- This year is all about connecting with oneself- a form of connection is one with our guides, energetic forces (whom ever you believe is supportive to you- we do not discriminate!) We open a big conversation on everyone’s insight, look into tools of connection and dive deeper with a Guided “guide” meditation
