We are very blessed to be dancing & relaxing in the Moroccan tent & private, sublime grounds of The New Moon Mill. A peaceful haven for wildlife & Mother Nature nestled alongside the beautiful River Blackwater.

Opening Circle - Gather & settle
Home grown Rose Elixir - Heart opening / calming frequencies. Homemade with LOVE.
Earth/Drum Alchemy Session - Presence & Relaxation
EarthPrayer Ritual - Heart connection, prayer & intention setting around the Oak tree 'Hope'
EarthDance - Free, intuitive movement in nature using comfy Silent Disco Headsets
Soundbath & Silence - Ocean drum / Waterfall disc / Earth chimes & ofcourse listening to birdsong, the wind in the trees & the babbling river sounds.
Closing circle - Share, listen & connect
CIRCLE:
We begin & end with an opening / closing circle to gather, share, listen, create, connect & deepen bonds. Each circle will be intuitively guided & may be different depending on the season & collective energies. Optional Rose Elixir is offered if you feel drawn to working with the frequencies of Rose for heart healing (Homemade with love by moi!)
EARTH/DRUM ALCHEMY SESSION:
An intuitively guided, bespoke Medicine Drum Relaxation to meet you JUST AS YOU ARE. Lay on the soft grass underneath Mother Oak Tree 'Hope' to receive the powerful healing vibrations of drum & earth. Bringing you into full presence & supporting you on life's path.
EARTHPRAYER RITUAL:
Together, lets build a New Earth. A SacredHeart Circle around the Mother Oak Tree 'Hope' to send our collective prayers, wishes & dance intentions into the earth & ethers.

🌿We are taking ourselves back to basics with the simple pleasures in life: Dancing, music, community & nature connection. EarthDance allows you to deeply connect with the natural environment & yourself. Every step taken reminds us of who we truly are & that we are part of a greater cycle. A reminder that we are not separate from nature – we are nature. The dances ebb, flow & evolve in sync with the seasons. Free, intuitive movement to a soundwave of world music that is soothing, earthy, tribal, heart opening & fun. Tribal & world beats, funky folk, heart opening rhythms, drums, ambient sounds & medicine songs to name a few. We start off slow, the music gradually builds to an exhilarating, high energy peak then cools down so we can land back down to earth to chill.
Breathe. Connect. Release. Open. Elevate. Celebrate, Integrate. Earth. Rest
We dance to express, not impress! Dance shyly, mildly or wildly. Self consciousness/ nervousness is normal and welcome. Prance around like a loon or sit n sway through the whole dance. No judgement. No rules. No right or wrong. No pretence. No hierarchy. No comparison. No dance police!
WHO IS THIS FOR?
EarthDance is an inclusive life practice for ALL ages, sizes, genders & fitness levels. Come alone or with friends & family. We require absolutely no experience and you do not have to be a ‘dancer’. For those yearning to feel healthier in mind & body. For those who love music & nature. For those who miss their dancing days. For those seeking community & a sense of belonging. Each person comes for different reasons, but all receive so much more than they came for.

ABOUT MARIE & THE DANCE SANCTUARY:
The Dance Sanctuary's mission is to bring people together through a shared love of music & dance to uplift, support and enrich lives. To serve as a sanctuary away from stress & distraction where you can be yourself & take care of yourself in a safe space that nurtures wellbeing, connection, belonging, empowerment & freedom of expression. The Dance Sanctuary has helped hundreds of dancing humans to FIND FREEDOM on the dancefloor for the past 13 years.
Marie is a skilled & intuitive space holder, facilitator & music maker on a mission to open hearts wherever she goes! Because she knows, from personal experience, that when a heart feels safe enough to open, decades & lifetimes of spontaneous healing can occur. Marie has an innate skill at making people feel instantly welcome , at ease & cherished, helping people move through any blocks they may have to moving freely on the dancefloor. Marie's sonic journeys are powerful & emotive, tender & exhilarating, with a soundwave & guidance that weaves a return to love, truth and reconnects you to the awe & beauty of life.
When she left the NHS as a Cancer Treatment Specialist, she made a promise that she would one day serve the world with offerings that prevented long-term stress & dis-ease. She went on to become a Master Reiki practitioner for several years, and now devotes all her time to The Dance Sanctuary. Her knowledge of the human body, energy body & psyche provide a truly holistic approach to health & wellbeing. Marie shares...
