Earth month @ the Farm Preschoolers class; Healthy Soil & Compost

It’s Earth Month!!! Let’s celebrate w/ a preschoolers class on healthy soil & compost. A love and understanding of the environment can start at any age. Help children learn about the importance of soil & compost.

Join us for age appropriate hands-on activities with time in the gardens and our learning corners around the farm. Special speakers will include artists and educators who love connecting kids with Nature! And through our Roots & Shoots connections, in loving memory of Jane Goodall, we will be reflecting with each participant what their passion might be for the environmental challenges we all face and what solutions they might like to work on.

Be sure to wear closed toe shoes and bring water, a hat, sunscreen and bug spray.
