Our first Elemental Alchemy immersion for 2026 and what a gorgeous one to start with!
Join us for a beautiful weekend of earthing, qi gong, energy medicine and plant medicine.
In this immersion we explore the cycles and rhythms of nature, tuning into her great wisdom and allowing the soft, still, gentle earth to heal us in a myriad of ways.
Tuning into the earth automatically reduces tension and inflammation, deepens the breath and calms the nervous system. We also connect with the stomach, spleen and pancreas, and bring healing qi to those areas that help us digest life.
Slowing down to EARTH pace and tuning in to her natural, healing qualities. Connecting with our Earth body - balancing the digestion and endocrine systems. Bringing stillness and balance. Where doing and BEing become one ~ the earth never hurries.

'Elemental Alchemy ~ Qi Gong + Energy Medicine' creates a powerful understanding of our chi (energy) flows. It helps us tap into our intrinsic healing potential for ourselves and for others, to live with optimum vitality. Revitalising our connection to the earth and elementals, as well as the heavens and the mystical alchemy alive within us, available for us to tap into anytime.
These workshops can be taken individually, or together as a series to become a teacher, or for your own depth of practice (there are 10 in each series).
