Join Sierra Grishaber in the sacred practice of elemental dance embodiment! This month, we will be focusing on the Earth element—using both guided & intuitive movements to deepen our connection to the earth & our bodies. Earth is directly linked with the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—The energy center which governs our sense of safety, stability, & belonging. The Root Chakra is our energetic foundation—when it’s balanced, we feel secure, supported, & confident in who we are. When it’s blocked, we may feel disconnected, anxious, or ungrounded.
Earth is the element of grounding, patience, stability, & growth. It is the anchor that connects us to our ancestors, to nature, & to our own bodies.
This is a space to come home to yourself, guided by the wisdom of nature & the power of intentional movement.
