?♂️ First instructor is Charlie, and he has been living in Vietnam for the past 7 years, embracing both his French and British roots. Yoga has been a transformative journey for him, initially helping him heal chronic back pain and uncovering a multitude of benefits in his life.
?♂️ Our second instructor is Hong. She is a passionate yogi and dance coach. By incorporating stretching exercises in her class, Hong will help you to increase joint mobility, improve blood circulation, and make a boost in energy levels.
