Earth Day Sound Bath

Celebrate Earth Day with a special sound bath to honor our connection to the planet. We will begin the session with a grounding meditation, allowing us to center ourselves and deepen our connection with the Earth. During the sound bath you will be immersed in the rejuvenating tones of Tibetan and crystal bowls, ethereal chimes and the soothing rhythm of a rain stick.
Bring your favorite pillow, a yoga mat and a blanket!
