About this Event
Earth Day is a moment to pause, restore balance, and reconnect with the natural world. In this lifetime, you have two homes: your Body and this Earth. When you care for one, you nurture the other.
Earth Day: Reiki & Crystal Sound Bath
The resonance of the quartz crystal bowls combined with optional gentle reiki will allow an opportunity for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a full exhale from the chaos of everyday life. This is a space to receive, reset, and gently recalibrate your energy.
How does this support the Earth?
By supporting your connection to it. When we care for ourselves, we naturally begin to care more deeply for the world around us. This is a donation based session, offered as a simple act of kindness and devotion to the Earth. My hope is that it creates a ripple effect, encouraging each participant to give back in their own way, whether that’s spending time in nature this week, learning more about the environment, or taking small, meaningful actions for the planet.

All are welcome. All ages, genders, backgrounds, or beliefs. No experience is needed, and there is no group sharing involved, so you can simply relax and enjoy the peace at your own pace. Come as you are. You are welcome here. Donations at the event are welcome but not expected.
