Join us for a 45-minute mat Pilates session in the park, overlooking the ocean, led by Flow Pilates Club. Wear your comfiest workout set or sweats and get ready to work your core, breathe deep, and connect with an amazing community.

About Flow Pilates Club:
Flow Pilates Club is a Pilates community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. As one of the core principles of Pilates, flow is at the heart of our philosophy. We offer unique pop-up experiences across the West Coast, providing opportunities to move, feel inspired, and reconnect with your calm in nature.
What to Expect:
- 5:45p: Check-in at South Beach Park in Santa Monica (overlooking ocean) & mingle with the community
- 6:00p: Mat Pilates led by Kate Lew (open to all fitness levels)
- 7:00p: Relax and connect with your community against a beautiful sunset park backdrop!

✨ All guests will receive a complimentary swag bag filled with our favorite wellness finds
🧘 Bala mats & props will be provided for class! Just bring yourself. :)
💧 Please bring your own water and bundle up as the evenings get chilly fast.
