Taught by Deborah Wilk. Celebrate Earth Day with a mindful Forest Bathing walk in the vibrant spring garden. Slow down, breathe deep, and open your senses with wonder as you deepen your connection to nature. Step away from the stressors of the outside world, as we restore mind, body and spirit while honoring our interdependence with the living world that surrounds and holds us, fostering a sense of gratitude and stewardship for the planet we call Home.Deborah Wilk, psychotherapist and co-founder of Mindful in the Wild, will guide you in practices that integrate mindfulness meditation and shinrin-yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing). The walk is approximately one mile and will be on trails with various surfaces, including some gentle inclines down to the more forested areas of the garden.
