Come and celebrate Earth Day Eve with a walk or run on part or all ( About 4 miles) of the woodland trails that skirt the boundary edge of the Cemetery. This will be a 'soft opening' of the trails, that will become an integral part of the www.ratriearboretum.comTrails should be fully marked and benched by May 1st, but don't worry, no one will get lost on April 21st.
You are also welcome to walk or run your usual route on the roads. The weekly group run/walk is a place you can test yourself or enjoy the company of an encouraging group. Everyone is welcome to come along. Brochures sharing information about Charleston's history and the trees in the arboretum will be available for walkers.
This is a recurring event every Tuesday, until the end of October.
