Join us for Lancaster’s Earth Day Community Clean-Up as we come together to help keep our community clean and welcoming.Volunteers of all ages are welcome. Whether you can join for the full morning or just a portion of it, your help makes a difference. Gather a group, bring a friend, or come on your own, everyone is encouraged to participate!
Bags can be picked up at Centennial Park, and volunteers are welcome to clean up anywhere in town. We encourage you to plan your route in advance. Additional details and guidance will be shared closer to the event about bag pick up. The Town of Lancaster has been instrumental in coordinating the pick up of these bags, and we are very appreciative.
Gloves, appropriate footwear, and weather-ready clothing are recommended. Safety guidelines will be available at check-in.
This event is part of the Northern Gateway Regional Chamber’s coordinated Earth Day clean-up effort across the region.
If your town or organization is interested in organizing a clean-up of your own, the Chamber is happy to help provide guidance, materials, and promotion to support your efforts.
