Come help make West Springfield shine at the 16th Annual WS Clean Up Day, hosted by the WS Environmental Committee. Join us on Saturday, April 25, at the middle school cafeteria, where volunteers can arrive starting at 9:30 AM for pastries, beverages, and gear pickup before heading to cleanup sites at 10:00 AM.Volunteers will work at sites until about 12:30 PM, with some locations taking more or less time than others. Afterward, everyone is invited back to the middle school for lunch and to return equipment; if you cannot make it back by 2:00 PM, gear may be dropped off later during business hours at P&R.

Schedule:
9:30 AM: Volunteers arrive, enjoy pastries and beverages, and pick up gear.
10:00 AM: Head out to assigned cleanup sites.
10:00 AM to about 12:30 PM: Cleanup time, depending on the site.
After cleanup: Return to the middle school for lunch and to drop off grabbers, safety vests, and other gear.
Please note:
Some cleanup sites are quick, while others may take longer.
The middle school must be cleared out by 2:00 PM.
If you cannot return gear by then, you may drop it off during business hours at P&R.
